Recalls 2 Brands of Breads
CA (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) said today that Interstate Brands Corporation NO. 27, is
recalling its Albertson's Egg Sesame Bread, 1 pound 8 ounces, and its Country Farms
Hawaiian Sweet Egg Bread, 1-1/2 pound wide pan loaf because the product contains
undeclared FD&C Yellow No. 5 and FD&C Yellow No. 6.
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.
a) Albertson's Egg Sesame Bread, 1 pound 8 ounces;
b) Country Farms Hawaiian Sweet Egg Bread, 1-1/2 pound wide pan loaf.
