Cheddar Broccoli Rice and Sauce
TN (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) said today that AC Humko is recalling its Cheddar Broccoli Rice
and Sauce, in 4.5-ounce packages under the Great Value and Piggly Wiggly labels because
the product contains undeclared vermicelli, a pasta containing wheat.
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.

Firm-initiated recall ongoing.
Approximately 55,447 cases (12 per case) Great Value brand and 315 cases of Piggly Wiggly
brand were distributed.
