Chocolate Soy Beverage Recalled
CO (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) has reported that White Wave, Inc. is recalling its 'White Wave
Silk' brand Chocolate Soy Beverage because the product may be contaminated with milk
residue (an allergen not declared on the label), due to poor manufacturing practices.
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.
White Wave Silk brand Chocolate Soy Beverage, in 946-ml tetra pak boxes.
UPC 0 25293 60074 4, Date Codes 7/26 and 8/16.

20,700 quarts were distributed.
