Paddock Laboratories Recall Testosterone Powder

Minneapolis, MN (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today reported that Paddock Laboratories, Inc. is recalling Testosterone powder because some units may contain Testosterone Propionate USP Powder.

The recalled Testosterone (USP, Micronized, non-sterile powder, in 5 gram bottles) bears the Lot #9M6014 EXP 2/04.   Over 1,000 bottles were distributed Nationwide

This ongoing Class III recall was initiated by Paddock Laboratories by letter dated February 21, 2000.  This is the first public notice issued by the FDA.
