Golden State,  Luzzatti and Wolfgang Puck Presents Brand Cheeses Recalled

Newman, CA (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said today that F&A Dairy Inc. is recalling various Golden State,  Luzzatti, and 'Wolfgang Puck Presents' brand cheeses because the products may contain small pieces of soft plastic.

This is the first public notice of this Class III recall issued by FDA.

e) Golden State brand Select 80% Mozzarella, 10% Provolone, 10% Cheddar, 100% Natural Cheese
f) Golden State brand Select Gourmet Blend, Mozzarella/Fontina, 100% Natural Cheese
g) Golden State brand Select 100% Whole Milk, Provolone, Natural Cheese
h) Golden State brand Select 50% Mozzarella, 50% Provolone, 100% Natural Cheese
i) Luzzatti brand Shredded, Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
j) Luzzatti brand Shredded, Part Skim, Mozzarella Cheese
k) Luzzatti brand Diced, Part Skim, Mozzarella Cheese
l) Wolfgang Puck Presents brand Wolfgang Puck Cheese Blend, 100% Natural.
