Organic Essentials Silk Essence Shampoo Recalled

Milford, CT (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today reported that FreeLife International, LLC is conducting a recall of its Organic Essentials Silk Essence Shampoo because the product may be contaminated with Pseudomonas fluorescens.

This is the first public notice of this Class III recall issued by the FDA.

Organic Essentials Silk Essence Shampoo, in 8-fluid ounce bottles.

5,414 bottles were distributed.
