All product purchased on or before June 23, 2000.
The Cookie Jar/Century Cookies/Div. Of Boca Foods, Harrison, New Jersey.
BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc., Natick, Massachusetts, by E-mail on June 23, and by letter on
June 26, 2000. Firm-initiated recall complete. This is the first public notice
issued by the FDA.
Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Ohio,
Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia.
422 units were distributed.
