Db Foods, Inc., Springdale, Arkansas.
Manufacturer, by telephone on November 12, 1999, Followed by letter. Firm-initiated recall
complete. This is the first public notice issued by the FDA.
44,980 pounds were distributed; firm estimates none remains on the market.
Product was contaminated with Salmonella.
