Sangria Senorial Natural and Artificial Flavor Sangria Recalled

El Paso, TX (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today reported that Tipp Enterprises, doing business as Novamex, is recalling Sangria Senorial Natural and Artificial Flavor Sangria Flavored Carbonated Beverage, in 11.16 fluid ounce (330mL) bottles, because the product failed to bear an ingredient statement.

Approximately 100,000 cases were distributed nationwide and bear the code of J13B92 02:47.

This Class III recall was initiated by Novamex, by telephone and fax on or about April 30, 1999.  This is the first public notice issued by the FDA.  The FDA has stated that the company has completed all required recall procedures.
