Long Branch, NJ (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) today reported that Kollar Cookies is recalling Oatmeal Raisin
Cookies, in clear-rigid plastic container with a clear-rigid plastic snap on lid, 4
cookies per container, because the product contained undeclared walnuts.
240 cookies were distributed in New
York and New Jersey
This Class I recall
was initiated by Kollar Cookies by telephone on December 7, 1999. This is the first
public notice issued by the FDA. The FDA has stated that the company has completed
all recall procedures.
