Recalls Smoked Salmon Tortellini

WA (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) said today that Carso's Pasta Company Inc. is recalling certain
date codes of its Smoked Salmon Tortellini because the product contains undeclared
FD&C Yellow No. 6 and FD&C Red No. 40.
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.
Smoked Salmon Tortellini in 8-ounce plastic containers.
Best Used By or Best Before sticker with any of the following dates:
10/04/00, 10/05/00, 10/07/00, 10/08/00, 10/11/00.
Carso's Pasta Company, Inc., Lynnwood, Washington.
