Arriva Infant Child Restraints Recalled by  Cosco

Washington, DC (SafetyAlerts) - The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has published the recall of certain Arriva -02-729-TED infant child restraints, manufactured between March 31 through April 7, 1999, because some of these units were produced without an air bag warning label.

the lack of  an air bag warning label does not comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Again the model number of the recall Arriva infant child restrains are -02-729-TED.

Consumers will be mail an air bag warning label and placement instructions.  Owners who do not receive the free label should contact Cosco at 1-800-221-6736.
