Buell Recalls 1999 - 2000 M2 Cyclones, 2000 Lightning X1 and Thunderbolt S3/T Motorcycles

Detroit, MI  (SafetyAlerts) - According to a press release issued by the company, Buell Motorcycle Company has issued the recall of certain 1999 - 2000 M2 Cyclones, as well as 2000 Lightning X1 and Thunderbolt S3/T motorcycles because of problems with the shock absorber.

About 11,000 of these motorcycles are affected by this recall.

Dealers will fix the shock problem free of charge.   The exact date that owner notification is to begin is not known.

Important Note Regarding Auto Recalls
